Our Outreach Process
Team 203 uses a three step process to connect people, create engineering and robotics outreach programs and activities, and change people's perspectives in our community, the State of NJ, and beyond.
Connecting People
With the help of our original sponsors Campbell's Soup and Siemens Internal, our team was able to become the successful team we are today. Through these successes, our team is in a unique position to serve as a force for connecting people to FIRST Robotics and engineering. We have gained various opportunities to attend community events where we connect people through presentations and robot demonstrations. |

Creating Opportunities
From the generous donations from our sponsors and financial assistance from our high school and family booster organization, our team was able to start, mentor, and assist multiple FIRST teams. Our school has the technical resources to serve as a hub for other FIRST teams to design and build their robots. Team 203 offers this to all local teams. |

Changing Perspectives
By engaging middle school students, Boys and Girl Scouts, and other youth organizations, Team 203 focuses its STEM awareness programs on young women and minorities to better understand the opportunities in engineering. Our team places special emphasis on outreach in Camden, New Jersey. |
